Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data .HUB ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or install one of our products from the HubSpot Marketplace, how we use it and what rights you have. Last updated: 28 August 2026.

1Data collected by our marketplace products

Our modules, templates and themes run entirely inside your HubSpot account. They do not collect, transmit or store any personal data of your visitors, do not set cookies of their own, and do not call external servers. Any data that a page built with our products collects (for example through a HubSpot form) is collected by you, as the owner of that HubSpot account, under your own privacy policy.

2Data collected when you buy or install a product

Purchases and installations are processed by HubSpot. HubSpot shares with us the name, e-mail address and portal ID associated with the installation so that we can provide support and updates. We do not receive payment details. HubSpot's own privacy policy applies to that processing.

3Data collected on this website

  • Contact and subscription forms — name, e-mail address and the message you send, used only to reply to you and, if you subscribed, to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every e-mail.
  • Analytics — this website is hosted on HubSpot and uses HubSpot analytics cookies to measure traffic. These cookies are set only after you accept the cookie banner.
  • Server logs — IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept by HubSpot for security and performance.

4Support requests

When you write to us for support we keep your e-mail address, the content of the conversation and any screenshots or access details you choose to share, for as long as needed to resolve the request and for up to 24 months afterwards for reference. Please do not send passwords; use HubSpot's partner access or a temporary user instead.

5Legal basis and retention

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing products and support), on the basis of your consent (newsletter, analytics cookies) and for our legitimate interest in running and securing this website. Data is kept no longer than necessary for those purposes and deleted or anonymised afterwards.

6Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the service providers we need to operate: HubSpot (hosting, CRM, e-mail, marketplace) and Google Workspace (e-mail). These providers process data on our behalf under their own data processing agreements, including for transfers outside the EU/EEA.

7Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights write to maryberezhna@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published at this address.
