Terms of Service

When you install a .HUB product from the HubSpot Marketplace you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on the HubSpot account into which it was installed, on an unlimited number of pages within that account. You may customise the product's fields, styles and code for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or republish the product or derivative works as a standalone product, template or theme, whether free or paid.

Paid products are billed once through the HubSpot Marketplace at the price shown on the listing. Refunds are handled in accordance with the HubSpot Marketplace refund policy: if a product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund through HubSpot.

Support is provided by e-mail (maryberezhna@gmail.com) in English, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET, and normally answered within two business days. Support covers installation, configuration and defects in the product as delivered; it does not cover custom development, third-party code or changes you have made to the product.

Updates that fix defects or maintain compatibility with HubSpot are provided free of charge through the Marketplace. Product features may be added, changed or removed in future versions.

Products are built for HubSpot CMS Hub and Content Hub and are tested in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. Correct rendering inside third-party themes or heavily customised portals cannot be guaranteed. Products do not require HubDB, serverless functions or CRM access unless stated on the listing.

All products, including their code, design and documentation, remain the intellectual property of .HUB. Demo content (client names, quotes, logos) is fictional and provided only to illustrate the product; replace it with your own content before publishing.

Products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of revenue arising from the use of a product or this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Content on this website is provided for general information. You may not use the website in a way that damages it, interferes with other users or breaches applicable law. Blog content may be quoted with attribution and a link to the source.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this address; continued use of a product or the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
