Shortly about why we started

Hi!
Most things start with a spark — an idea.
As my Upwork workload grew, more clients arrived than I could personally handle. I went searching for a Ukrainian HubSpot community… and when I couldn’t find one, I built it to test whether the demand was real.

After our first event, I decided to launch an agency and run a few hypotheses to see how we could best fit the market.

We officially started in January 2025.
Our first contract came in September 2025.

No marketing. No ads. No razor-sharp positioning. Just a handful of social posts and honest conversations with existing clients about how they search for a HubSpot-focused partner. Along the way, we connected with our first group of HubSpot specialists and kicked off outreach.

Early lessons

1. There is demand for curated HubSpot talent — especially when the recruiter understands the platform’s nuances.
2. Clear requirements save everyone time (and budget).
3. A short, focused shortlist beats a long, noisy one.
